Text messages from bnbnet
bnbnet (King Homes Cash Buyers LLC doing business as bnbnet) sends text messages only to hosts who turn them on in their own account. We never text people who haven’t opted in, and we don’t share or sell phone numbers.
How hosts opt in
- The host creates a bnbnet account at bnbnetbooks.com and signs in.
- In Settings → When a charge needs sorting, the host checks “Text me” and enters their own mobile number.
- The consent text is shown right above the number field (below). Texting stays off until the host does both.

Consent text shown to the host: “By turning on ‘Text me’ and adding your number, you agree to receive bnbnet texts about charges to sort (about 1–10 a day, depending on your activity). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. Consent isn’t a condition of purchase. See our Terms and Privacy Policy.”
What we send
Account notifications about the host’s own bookkeeping: bank charges or deposits that need a listing or category, and occasional goal-reached messages. Example:
bnbnet: New charge to sort: HOME DEPOT · $42.10 · Chase · 2026-11-03. Reply with what it was and the listing number, like "supplies 1". Listings: 1 Bayshore, 0 All listings. Not for your rentals? Reply PERSONAL.
Frequency, cost and help
- About 1–10 messages a day, depending on account activity. Hosts can choose “once a day” or a minimum amount.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. Hosts can also turn texts off in Settings.
- Questions: hello@bnbnetbooks.com
See our Terms (section 7, Text messages) and Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
